Enough is enough for Mr. Weeks as the wretched noise coming from his neighbors apartment continues to prevent him from a good night sleep, after plucking up the courage after his complaints went unheard he decides to take matter's into his own hands. But poking his nose into the business of the lodger in number 16 is the worst mistake he could ever make, as a disturbing secret is revealed which could well be the answer to the mysterious disappearances in the great city of London back in the 70's.
